I’d like to introduce you to the Simms family! They are one big family of love and they welcomed their third little love over the summer. Yvonne + Ron certainly have their hands full with their 3 kiddos. My goodness though, they are so sweet! Their lifestyle newborn session in Wilmington, DE is one of my favorites from the year. Yvonne is a fellow photographer, so this was extra special to document.

When I say this is one of the best lifestyle sessions I’ve ever documented, I wholeheartedly mean that. Judah and Fola were elated to be snuggling with their new baby sister. You know how siblings can be sometimes! The love they show for Funmi, though, my heart!

We also had a dance party in the living room to burn up some energy, and man do they have moves! I’m getting tired just thinking about running and spinning around like Judah and Fola. It’s a blessing to have kids open up around you and embrace having their photo taken. It’s no easy feat and doesn’t usually happen right away.

I love that I got to spend an afternoon with such a sweet family. I know these images will be forever adored and cherished. That really makes my heart sing. now enjoy some favorites from their lifestyle newborn session in Wilmington!
