You’ve heard of mama’s boys before. Well, Krisilyn is feeling the love from three! The McCauley’s fall family session at Killens Pond State Park gives me all the feels. This little family is so kind and endearing to one another, and I could have photographed them all day long. Honestly, they belong in a magazine. Their outfits are on point with just the right amount of match. Bring me cute outfits and it’s guaranteed I’ll swoon the entire time.
The littles did not feel the session at first, but they came around after a little time. I always try to incorporate a small break for the littles. They have no idea why they are being photographed, and it’s usually not part of their personal agenda as it is. It can be pretty overwhelming having a stranger in your face with a camera, too! That’s why I try my best to befriend the littles and turn it into a fun game for them. They REALLY love interacting with their parents and siblings. When that is made into a game, it works out so well. Plus, the moments made are priceless.
I’m so thankful for this fellow military family choosing me for their portraits. I have a lot of heart for military families, and capturing their precious memories fills me with joy. This might not be your forever home, but it will forever be a part of you.
