Julia + Josh are truly one of my favorite couples to have worked with. They are sweet, fun-loving, and fellow pit bull parents (scroll down for cute Junie pictures!). The pandemic forced us to move their engagement from the spring to the summer, but I think it really worked out in their favor overall. Their Delaware Horticulture Center engagement session gives this plant mom all the garden vibes! The blooms are in full swing this time of year, and the weather could not have been better for trekking around Wilmington.
This is the city they call home, and they love everything it has to offer. More specifically, Wilmington Brew Works is only a couple blocks away, and these two love nothing more than a good beer. They plan to marry at Yards Brewing in Philadelphia, which could not be more fitting for them! In their downtime, you can find Julia + Josh checking out a new brewery or exploring a state park.
After exploring the Delaware Horticulture Center, we went back to their cozy townhouse. I met Junie, who is a big love bug and is REALLY interested in my camera gear. I love the character of their home and the cozy touches they’ve added. Like most people, one of their favorite places to be is at home, especially with Junie being there! Overall, Julia + Josh were a joy to be around, and definitely my kind of people! Enjoy some favorites from their Wilmington engagement session!
